PhaNgan Animal Care (PAC) is the sole provider of veterinary care for the animals of Koh PhaNgan - a small island located in the Gulf of Thailand. PAC is a non-profit organisation, developed to provide essential care for the many ill and suffering stray animals of Koh PhaNgan.
